
Ingredients
- Boston lettuce or Red leaf salad leafs, cut, cleaned and dried
- Salt & Pepper
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Parmesan Cheese
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Dried cranberries
- Lemon juice + lemon zest
- Bread, crust removed and cut into cubes
- Butter
Procedure
Make the croûtons: In a cast iron skillet on high heat, melt butter and add bread cubes until brown on both sides. Set aside.
In a large bowl, mix well salad, salt, pepper, olive oil. Add lemon zest and Worcestershire sauce. Mix. Add Parmesan cheese. Mix. Add lemon juice and cranberries. Mix. Add more olive oil. Mix. Add croûtons and mix a little. Serve.
goes well with a bubbly. Try cava brut, and try a pink one.
