Top Loin Steak with Sweet Roasted Balsamic Vinegar Tomatoes, Lemon Green Onion Topping and Bruschetta

Ingredients
  1. Top Loin Steak (Trimmed of all fat, tied and rubbed with Salt and Pepper)
  2. Tomatoes (sliced in half)
  3. Balsamic Vinegar
  4. Green Onions (sliced)
  5. Lemon Zest
  6. Olive Oil
  7. Sourdough or Italian Bread
  8. Garlic
  9. Freshly Grated Hard Cheese
