BBQ chicken and Couscous


Ingredients
  1. Chicken Pieces (thighs and drum sticks)
  2. Ketchup
  3. Mustard
  4. Soy Sauce
  5. Garlic (chopped fine)
  6. Couscous
  7. Lemon Juice and Zest
  8. Olive Oil
  9. Green Onions
  10. Water
Procedure
  1. Preheat oven to 450
  2. Dredge chicken pieces in Ketchup, Mustard, Soy Sauce and Garlic and place on roasting rack in the oven
  3. After 15 minutes reduces heat to 350 and 45 minutes after that remove and let rest.
  4. Make Couscous the traditional way with the ingredients listed and cool.
