Ingredients - Onions (sliced)
- Garlic (sliced)
- Ginger (crushed)
- Fish Sauce
- Hot Chili/Chipotle
- Green Onions (white and green part separated)
- Tumeric
- Coconut Milk
- Salmon
Procedure- Combine all except salmon and green part of green onion and slowly reduce until onions are soft and the sauce has thickened.
- Add salmon and cook for a few minutes on each side until outsides are done, but center is still pink.
- Remove salmon and let rest while you add green onions and continue to concentrate sauce.
- Slice salmon and pour sauce over it.
