Fish in Onion & Coconut Milk (Gulai Ikan Variation)

Ingredients
  1. Onions (sliced)
  2. Garlic (sliced)
  3. Ginger (crushed)
  4. Fish Sauce
  5. Hot Chili/Chipotle
  6. Green Onions (white and green part separated)
  7. Tumeric
  8. Coconut Milk
  9. Salmon
Procedure
  1. Combine all except salmon and green part of green onion and slowly reduce until onions are soft and the sauce has thickened.
  2. Add salmon and cook for a few minutes on each side until outsides are done, but center is still pink.
  3. Remove salmon and let rest while you add green onions and continue to concentrate sauce.
  4. Slice salmon and pour sauce over it.
